Day of Service
Customers are responsible for maintaining access into and out of the yard on scheduled service days. Ulta-Mutt technicians will not climb or jump fences to perform
pooper scooper services.
Lawn
Please ensure the grass is mowed regularly to receive
the best service.
Referral Credits
Ulta-Mutt will credit up to 1 free week of service up to $13.00 off your weekly scheduled service for each new customer that signs up and maintains 1 month of service.
Dogs
We love dogs! However, if your dogs are protective or aggressive for safety reasons, please place pets inside or away from the service area during your scheduled window of Pooper Scooper Service. If your pets are aggressive when we arrive, we will need to reschedule services and Ulta-Mutt will notify you that day service couldn’t be completed.
Cats
Cat Ulta-Mutt customers will leave their dirty litter box(s) in a prearranged location for pick up.
Weather
Heavy rains or snow may delay our professional pooper scooper technicians. If this happens, we should be able to catch up by the next day or so and will notify you if there was a delay or reschedule. If we encounter a large amount of snow that delays us multiple days we may still charge for service and complete your pooper scooper service on your next scheduled clean-up day. Understand we will have twice as much dog poop to clean up on your next scheduled visit.
Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with that day's scheduled service, simply let us know. We will either come back to Re-Doo your yard or credit that day's service.
How We Charge for Service
When you initially sign up to receive our services, when entering your information, it will prompt you to save a card on file. Each time before payment is processed, you will receive an invoice via email for your records!
Contracts
Ulta-Mutt doesn't have any contracts on Residential Services. We will need you to review the Terms of Service, sign, and return at sign-up so our professional technicians can enter your yard to perform pooper scooper services.
Holidays
We do not typically work the following holidays. If your service day falls on one of these days, we typically service the day before or after the holiday.

Cancellation or Suspended Service
If service is no longer desired please notify Ulta-Mutt 48 hours via change request so that we can cancel the scheduled service. If your pets will not be using the yard for a certain period (i.e. vacation, illness, etc) and do not wish to be charged for unnecessary visits please call 48 hours in advance of your scheduled service.
Pet Waste Disposal
Ulta-Mutt will bag the waste and take it with us so you don’t have to worry about it stinking up your garbage cans.
Deodorizer
We use environment, pet, and people-friendly Simple Gree for our odor eliminator.
Consumer Reviews
Ulta-Mutt Pooper Scooper, LLC prohibits and will demand the removal of consumer reviews containing a) confidential or private information; b) harassing, abusive, obscene, vulgar, sexually explicit, or inappropriate to race, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, sex, age, disability, handicap or any personal disparaging hateful remarks. c) unrelated to the company’s business practices. d) Are misleading. Liability
Ulta-Mutt assumes no liabilities for damage to yards, gates, pets, or properties. By initiating service, both parties agree to the above terms and responsibilities.
Service Agreement
A service agreement will be emailed to customers before services are performed. It will include details on services, dates, estimated window of time, estimated cost, and contact information. Ulta-Mutt Pooper Scooper LLC has the right to adjust schedules based on service route changes. Customers will be notified by email of any changes
in service times,
dates, or prices.
